I am a sound artist, musician, artistic researcher and music-technology practitioner based in Norway.
My practice moves across participatory sound, interactive performance, environmental installation, spatial audio and computational systems. I am interested in the relationships formed between bodies, technologies, institutions and environments, and in the ways agency and meaning become distributed through those relationships.
Practice and research
My artistic work combines sound, live media, interaction and installation. Recent projects explore public participation, human–computer dialogue, movement-responsive systems, local AI and spatial listening. Alongside this practice, my research and writing address platformization, cultural labour, visibility, the digital music industry and the political economy of cultural production.
I hold a master’s degree in Music, Communication and Technology from NTNU and completed postgraduate study in Music Production and Recording at the University of Stavanger. Since 2021, I have worked as Technical Manager at Åmot Kulturhus, where my role encompasses sound, lighting, video, cinema technology, technical planning, procurement and production.
